Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

If you purchase a product through a subscription, autoship, or other recurring purchase option, you authorize DW Pet, LLC (Dazywood) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel.

Renewal and Billing

Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency selected during purchase unless you cancel before your next billing date.

The recurring charge amount, delivery frequency, and any applicable discounts will be shown at checkout and in your subscription confirmation.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • logging into your customer account, if account management is enabled, or

  • using the subscription management link provided in your order or subscription emails, or

  • contacting us at tanna@dazywood.com or 972-835-6670

To avoid being charged for the next renewal, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel, future renewals will stop. Any order already processed before cancellation may still be shipped and charged. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed.

Skipping or Rescheduling

If your subscription platform allows it, you may be able to skip, pause, or reschedule upcoming orders through your account or subscription management portal.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again and may pause or cancel the subscription if payment cannot be completed.

Changes to Subscription Programs

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription purchase options at any time. Any material changes will be communicated as required by law.
