Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
If tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control. If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help you work with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, unless otherwise required by law.
