These Promotional Terms apply to sales, discounts, coupon codes, bundles, giveaways, free shipping offers, and other limited-time promotions offered by Dazywood unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Promotions:
are valid only during the stated promotional period
are available while supplies last
may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated
may exclude subscriptions, gift cards, taxes, shipping fees, or certain product categories
have no cash value unless required by law
are void where prohibited
Discount codes must be entered at checkout when required and cannot usually be applied after an order is placed.
Unless expressly stated:
only one discount code may be used per order
discount codes cannot be combined
discount codes do not apply to previous purchases
Free shipping offers apply only under the conditions stated in the offer and may be limited by:
minimum order amount
product type
shipping destination
selected shipping method
Free gift offers are available only while supplies last and may require a qualifying purchase. If a qualifying item is returned and the return causes the order to no longer qualify, the value of the free gift may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any promotion, order, or discount if we believe there has been:
misuse of the promotion
fraud or attempted fraud
technical error
duplicate use beyond intended limits
violation of these Promotional Terms or our Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
